1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Portfolio77 collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our portfolio builder, publishing tools, review services, account features, and related websites.
Portfolio77 helps product designers and product professionals build and publish stronger portfolios. Because portfolio content often includes work history, project artifacts, client context, and career goals, you should only add information you are comfortable storing in Portfolio77 and, when you publish, making public.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information, such as your name, email address, password credentials, avatar, and authentication status.
- Sign-in information from Google if you choose Google sign-in, such as your name, email address, and profile image.

- Uploaded content, such as portfolio images, project artifacts, resume files, and other media you add to your account or portfolio.
- Billing information, such as Stripe customer and subscription status, purchase records, and checkout identifiers. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Usage, device, and log information, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, session cookies, and diagnostics used to operate and secure the service.

3. How We Use Information
We use information to:

4. Public Portfolios
Your portfolio is not intended to be public unless you choose public visibility and publish it. When you publish a public portfolio, the content included in that portfolio may be available to anyone with the URL and may be indexed, copied, or stored by third parties outside Portfolio77's control.
If you change a portfolio back to private or unpublish it, Portfolio77 will stop serving the public page from our application, but we cannot remove copies that other people, search engines, archive services, or third-party systems already made.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited ways:
- With service providers that help us host, store, secure, analyze, email, and operate Portfolio77.
- With payment processors such as Stripe to process paid services and manage billing.
- With authentication providers such as Google when you choose to use their sign-in flow.
- Publicly, when you publish a portfolio or otherwise choose to make content available outside your account.
- When required by law, legal process, security needs, fraud prevention, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Portfolio77, users, or others.
- In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections for user information.
6. Cookies And Similar Technologies
Portfolio77 uses cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, preferences, and service operation. We may also use analytics tools to understand product usage and improve the service.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking required cookies may prevent sign-in, checkout, or account features from working correctly.
