1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of Portfolio77, including our portfolio builder, publishing tools, review services, account features, and related websites. By creating an account or using Portfolio77, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Portfolio77 on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity on your account, and keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes.

Portfolio77 is intended for people building professional portfolios. You may not use the service if you are under 13 years old.

3. Your Portfolio Content

You own the portfolio content, project descriptions, job history, files, media, links, and other materials you add to Portfolio77. You grant Portfolio77 a limited license to host, process, display, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.

If you set a portfolio to public and publish it, the portfolio and the content included in that published version may be publicly accessible at a Portfolio77 URL. You are responsible for confirming that you have permission to publish client work, employer work, images, documents, links, trademarks, and confidential information.

Do not upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, confidential without authorization, or that violates another person's privacy or rights.

4. Portfolio Guidance And Reviews

Portfolio77 provides portfolio structure, prompts, editing tools, and optional review services to help you present your experience. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, compensation outcomes, hiring decisions, or other career results.

Any feedback, examples, suggestions, or generated guidance should be reviewed by you before use. You are responsible for the final accuracy, permissions, and suitability of your portfolio.

5. Paid Services

Portfolio77 may offer paid subscriptions, one-time portfolio reviews, or other paid features. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider, and the checkout page will show the price, billing cadence, and relevant purchase terms before you pay.

Subscription cancellation and payment-method management may be handled through the billing portal. Unless a separate written purchase term says otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

Portfolio77 may integrate with third-party services such as Google sign-in, Stripe billing, hosting, storage, email delivery, and analytics. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that you choose to access from Portfolio77.

7. Our Service And Intellectual Property

Portfolio77 and its software, templates, design systems, prompts, workflows, brand assets, and documentation are owned by Portfolio77 or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our service or intellectual property to you.

You may send us feedback or suggestions. We may use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

8. Availability, Changes, And Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Portfolio77, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Portfolio77 or other users, or use the service in a way that could harm the service.

9. Disclaimers And Liability

Portfolio77 is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portfolio77 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or reputational harm.
